The Allen County Sheriff's Department is requesting the public’s assistance in an ongoing homicide investigation. Sometime between the evening hours of Friday, July 25, 2025, and the early morning hours of Saturday, July 26, 2025, a homicide occurred in the 700 block of Hathaway Road.

At 3:03AM, the Allen County Sheriff's Department received reports of a crash at US 30 W and West Countyline Rd. Officers arrived and located the crash scene in the westbound lanes of US 30.

At approximately 12:30 p.m., officers with the Allen County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to the area of State Road 3 and West Cedar Canyons Road in response to a reported vehicle crash with injuries. Upon arrival, officers located a green Ford Ranger pickup truck that had struck a tree on the west side of the southbound lanes of State Road 3.

At approximately 9:38 a.m., officers with the Allen County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to the intersection of East US 30 and Ternet Road for a reported vehicle crash with injuries. Upon arrival, officers located a Dodge Ram pickup truck and a Ford Bronco that had been involved in the collision.

At approximately 7:28 a.m., officers with the Allen County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to the roundabout at Adams Center Road and Wayne Trace for a reported vehicle crash with injuries. Upon arrival, officers located a passenger car off the roadway in a field several hundred feet southeast of the intersection.

At approximately 4:15pm, officers with the Allen County Sheriff's Department were dispatched to the intersection of Hoagland Rd and Grotrian Rd

As a result of new information uncovered during the ongoing investigation of the Pike’s Pub incident on May 30th, the charges against Kent Adamonis have been formally dismissed, and he is no longer considered a suspect in this case.

A multi-agency investigation has led to the arrest of six individuals involved in a violent assault that occurred late Friday night, May 30, 2025, at Pike’s Pub.

On June 30, 2025, at approximately 1:21 p.m., officers with the Allen County Drug Task Force were conducting a narcotics investigation in the area of North Clinton Street and Auburn Road.
