A.J. Pape is a Lieutenant with the Allen County Sheriff’s Department where he is the Lieutenant of Internal Affairs & Office of Professional Standards, which includes Personnel Director.

In this capacity, Lt. Pape manages all of the Human Resource functions of the Sheriff’s Department.  He has held various other positions within the Department which include; School Resource Officer, K9 officer, Detective, Hostage Negotiator, and Federal Drug Task Force officer.
