Two Vehicle Traffic Crash Leaves Two Deceased and Two in Serious Condition
Details:
The Allen County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a two vehicle crash that occurred at 17899 SR 101 and Campbell Road. At approximately 2:11 p.m. on May 21st, 2015, officers began responding to the area. The initial investigation determined that an SUV was Westbound on Campbell Road when it was struck by a Semi that was Southbound on SR 101. The SUV was being driven by a 20 year old female and occupied by her 3 sisters ages 8, 11 and 13. Two of the juveniles were pronounced dead at the scene and the third juvenile and 20 year old driver were flown to a local hospital in serious condition. The driver of the semi was not injured. The crash remains under investigation by the Allen County Sheriff’s Department.
