Sheriff’s Department needs Help Solving Recent Hit & Run

Details:

At approximately 1:00 a.m., Saturday, November 3, 2018, the Allen County Sheriff’s Department was notified that an unknown vehicle had struck a bicyclist in the 2800 block of Hillegas Road, south of Butler Road.  The victim was left lying in the roadway in critical condition and the vehicle fled the scene.  Investigators believe that the suspect vehicle may have been traveling northbound and is possibly red in color.  Anyone with information is asked to call the Allen County  Sheriff’s Department’s Detective Bureau at (260)449-7411 or Dispatch at (260)449-3000.
