Public’s Help Needed In Locating Non-Compliant Sex Offenders 

The Allen County Sex Offender Registration and Notification Team is attempting to locate 6 convicted Sex Offenders and 1 convicted Violent Offender for failure to register.  The following individuals have active warrants for Failure to Register. Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to call your local police department.                                                                                      Fort Wayne/Allen County: 260-449-3000.

Diana Decker                     Sexual Abuse in the 1^st Degree (NEW YORK)

Violent Offender
James Heroy                      Attempted 2^nd Degree Murder (TENNESSEE)
