The Allen County Sheriff’s Department has made an arrest in the fatal hit-skip crash that killed Nicholas Mruk on October 31, 2106, in the 13000 block of Hand Road. With help from members of the community and surrounding Law Enforcement Agencies, Allen County Crash Investigators were able to develop a suspect, Aaron Daniel Moser, a 19 year old male from Decatur, Indiana. Aaron was arrested and booked into Allen County Lockup on one count of Leaving the Scene of a Person Injury Crash, Resulting in Death, a Level 5 Felony.
