Allen County Sheriff’s Department Currently Accepting Applications for Confinement Officers
The Allen County Sheriff’s Department is accepting applications for Full and Part Time Civilian
Confinement Officers. Applications will be accepted through Friday, October 21st, 2016.

The starting rate for full time positions is $16.95/hr. ($35,275.00/year). After six months, the rate increases to $17.63/hr. ($36,686/year).
The rate for part time positions is $15.00/hr. up to 20 hours per week.

All applicants must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License to transport inmates if necessary
- Must be 18 years of age or older
