Robert Hatfield and his K-9 partner Dexter, arrived and walked around the suspect’s vehicle.  K-9 Dexter alerted on the trunk area confirming Officer Keller’s earlier suspicion that narcotics were present in the vehicle.  A search of the trunk found approximately 475 grams of marijuana.  Mr. Burgess was transported to the Allen County Lock-Up and charged with Felony Possession of Marijuana and violation of the window tint law.
