WHEN:            August 6, 2008

 

 

DETAILS:     On Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at approximately 3:30 p.m., members of the Allen County Drug Task Force with the assistance of the Allen County Sheriff’s S.W.A.T. Team served a search warrant at a residence in the 3400 block of Rolston St., Fort Wayne, IN.  The raid was the result of a three month investigation by the Allen County Drug Task Force into the manufacture and distribution of methamphetamines.  After entering and securing the residence, detectives found equipment and chemicals commonly used in the manufacture of methamphetamines. Officers also seized a Shotgun, and Semi-Automatic Rifle.  Simon Jason Hunley and Denise Yvette Hayward were arrested at the scene and are each being held in the Allen County Lock-up on a $52,500.00 bond.  The Indiana State Police Meth Team was called to assist with the cleanup.
